Quick painting for a GameArtisans contest. Do a portrait of a horror character like an old fashioned portrait.
I did Bela in one of rembrandt's poses, I tried to do brushwork like Frans Hals, but don't think I nailed it.

You know I JUST realized that girl in the twilight films is named after Bela lugosi....not that I know anything about twilight......
Saw this painting on the website! Awesome stuff. Not as creepy as the one with the headless woman and her zombie husband, demon cat, and ghost child....but just as detailed if not more so.
